The 90-Day AI Savvy Founders Cohort
Build an AI workforce that gets repeatable work done across your business, while you stay in control of the decisions that matter.
Cohort begins: 1 October 2026 · Limited to 20 participants.
Over 90 days, you'll build department by department across marketing intelligence, content and personal brand, design, sales, client delivery, operations and executive reporting.
You won't need to learn coding or become an AI engineer.
You'll build inside your own business using real agent files, templates, live implementation sessions and direct support when something refuses to work.
Built from the AI systems I use inside my own companies and the systems my team and I build for clients. My team and I are constantly researching and testing new models, tools and workflows to see what holds up inside a real business. You get the strongest approaches without having to spend months testing every new AI tool yourself.
The work isn't difficult. There is just too much of it.
When I asked people joining my recent AI Employee Challenge what they were still doing manually, some wrote "everything."
One person answered, "too much."
Others named content creation, research, reports, lead generation, proposal writing, presentations, scheduling, reviewing calls and admin.
That answer describes what is happening inside small businesses, freelance practices and creator-led brands.
If you run a business, you may be overseeing sales, client delivery and operations while still checking every proposal and chasing every follow-up.
If you're a freelancer, you're doing the client work while also finding the next client, preparing proposals, sending invoices and creating the content that keeps you visible.
If you're a creator, you're researching ideas, writing scripts, filming, editing, designing, publishing and answering messages while trying to work out what you should create next.
There isn't always one enormous task bringing everything to a halt. There are dozens of recurring jobs that keep making their way back to you.
Each one looks manageable on its own.
Together, they consume the time and headspace you need for paid work, serving clients, growing your audience and deciding what comes next.
If the work stops when you do, the system is still you.
Using AI isn't the same as having AI working inside your business
You may already use ChatGPT or Claude.
You open a blank chat, ask for a post and receive something that could have been written for anyone in your industry.
You add your audience. Then your offer. Then your voice. Then the detail it missed.
Next week, you explain it all again.
AI has helped with the draft, but responsibility for the job still sits with you. You decide every step, find every file, move information between tools and remember what happens next.
A blank chat doesn't know how your business works.
It doesn't know what you sell, who you serve, how you sound, what a good result looks like or which decisions need your approval.
It cannot use the information sitting in your CRM, meeting transcripts, calendar, project manager or reporting dashboard unless it has been given the right access.
It has no defined responsibility and no memory of the correction you made last time.
This is why AI can look astonishing in a demonstration and still feel underwhelming inside your working week.
The missing piece is the system around it.
See what we buildYour business has marketing work, sales work, delivery work and operations work. It needs research, content, designs, reporting and decisions.
In a larger company, these responsibilities are spread across several people.
Inside a smaller business, freelance practice or creator brand, your name may still be sitting inside every box on the org chart.
Build Your AI Workforce will help you begin changing that, one department at a time.
DEPARTMENT 01
Build AI agents that research your audience, examine customer conversations, monitor competitors and keep track of what is gaining attention in your market.
They can search Reddit, reviews, public discussions, competitor websites and social content using Claude, web research and tools such as Apify.
Your agents can identify recurring customer problems, collect the language people use, find gaps in competitor messaging and bring back campaign angles worth exploring.
DEPARTMENT 02
Build a content employee that understands your offers, audience, approved themes, opinions and voice.
It can find winning formats, research trending topics and work out how an idea from your niche or an adjacent niche could be adapted for your business.
Give it a voice note, webinar, podcast, article or customer question and it can develop the source into posts, emails, scripts, carousels and campaign ideas.
You approve what goes out. You don’t have to begin every piece from an empty document.
DEPARTMENT 03
Create a Design System Skill that teaches AI how your business should look.
Use it to produce landing pages, carousels, slide decks, promotional graphics, lead magnets, covers and motion graphics that belong to the same visual world.
You’ll also see how tools such as Claude Code, Higgsfield and ElevenLabs can support image generation, video, voiceovers and creative production.
DEPARTMENT 04
Build systems that can find possible prospects, research their businesses and score each person against your ICP.
Prepare custom background briefings for sales calls, suggest discovery questions based on their public activity and draft personalized follow-ups.
Generate proposals, scope outlines and objection-handling notes based on actual call transcripts and agreed requirements.
DEPARTMENT 05
Build AI workflows that support client onboarding, research, deliverable preparation, meeting summaries and ongoing progress updates.
Turn client voice notes, project briefs and intake forms into structured action plans and drafts ready for your review.
Keep client delivery consistent and high-quality without spending hours on repetitive document assembly.
DEPARTMENT 06
Build operational assistants that turn messy notes into clean SOPs, document team processes and organize your company knowledge.
Create internal tools that search your past materials, client history, templates and decisions in seconds.
Automate routine administrative tasks so your business runs smoothly even during busy client delivery periods.
DEPARTMENT 07
Build your CEO Control Room. Connect separate department outputs into concise executive briefs, revenue reports and bottleneck alerts.
Ask questions about your entire business and receive answers grounded in your real metrics, customer feedback and project statuses.
Make confident decisions based on connected data instead of hunting across tabs, spreadsheets and separate tools.
A 12-week implementation cohort for founders, freelancers, creators and small teams ready to put AI to work across the business
You’ll spend 90 days building, testing and improving AI systems using your own offers, audience, processes, content and business information.
Watching the lessons is the smallest part. Every week, you’ll use what you have learned to create something your business can continue using.
You’ll receive guided department builds, real examples, reusable agent files and several ways to adapt each system to the size and shape of your business.
By the end of the programme, you’ll understand how to build AI employees for individual jobs, connect them to the information and tools they need and bring separate roles together inside a larger agentic system.
Your work will culminate in a connected capstone built around a real outcome your business needs.
WHAT CHANGES OVER 90 DAYS
Teach AI how your business works, build across departments, then connect the roles around one meaningful outcome.
01
Days 1-30
You’ll organise your Business Brain, map the jobs currently depending on you and decide where AI can create useful capacity.
Then you’ll begin building your marketing intelligence and content systems.
AI will have access to your business context, offers, ICP and voice instead of trying to create from a two-sentence prompt.
02
Days 31-60
You’ll create your Design System Skill, build your lead-generation and qualification process and add AI support around sales calls, follow-ups and proposals.
You’ll also build around client-delivery work that currently requires repeated preparation, organisation or communication.
03
Days 61-90
You’ll build operational routines, create your CEO Control Room and connect separate AI roles into working systems.
You’ll test them with real business information, correct what they misunderstand and document how they should continue working after the cohort ends.
The complete curriculum
Everyone follows the same path, with support to adapt the systems to the work inside your own business.
If you already completed the AI Employee Challenge, you'll bring the Business Brain and agents you started and improve them.
If you are beginning from scratch, you'll create the same foundation with the provided guidance.
You'll learn how an AI agent differs from a blank chat, how Claude Projects and Claude Code can be used, how to organise your AI workspace and how to decide what needs human approval.
You'll complete: Your readiness check, initial Business Brain and organised AI workspace.
You'll examine the work currently happening across your business and identify what keeps returning, where work regularly waits and which responsibilities consume time without requiring your best judgment.
You'll decide which work should stay human, which work could be prepared by AI and which recurring jobs could be handed over within clear boundaries.
You'll leave the week with an AI Opportunity Map, an AI Workforce Org Chart and a clear set of priorities for the programme.
You'll create or improve the business context that helps every future AI employee understand who you are, what you sell, who you serve, how you communicate and what matters inside your company.
You'll add the right examples, brand foundations, operating rules, processes, decisions and preferences without dumping years of irrelevant documents into one folder.
You'll leave with an organised Business Brain, shared context, role-specific knowledge and your initial approval rules.
You'll build an intelligence system that brings together three sides of useful marketing research.
It can examine real customer conversations and preserve the exact language people use when discussing their problems.
It can monitor competitor offers, positioning, content, websites and campaigns to identify what is changing and where gaps may exist.
It can also research winning formats, current topics and patterns gaining attention in your niche and adjacent markets, then show you how those ideas could be adapted for your business.
Your finished system will turn scattered research into customer insights, competitor intelligence, content opportunities and stronger campaign decisions.
You'll create a repeatable content system that draws from your business knowledge, market research, expertise and personal experience.
It can research ideas, find useful formats, apply your Voice Skill, capture stories and repurpose one source into several assets without turning everything into generic filler.
You'll build a system that can support content planning, personal-brand development, repurposing, campaign creation and publishing.
You'll build a reusable Design System Skill containing the visual rules AI needs to create recognisable work.
Then you'll use it to produce real business assets across landing pages, carousels, presentations, promotional graphics and campaigns.
You'll also explore how the same creative system can support AI-generated images, video, motion graphics, voiceovers and podcast production.
You'll turn your ideal-client profile into clear qualification criteria and build a system that can find, research, enrich and score possible leads.
It will learn who belongs on your list, who should be removed and what makes each prospect worth reviewing.
You'll explore lead discovery through LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay and Apify, along with account research and personalised outreach preparation.
You'll build AI support around the sales work that begins before a call and continues until an opportunity is closed or clearly ruled out.
Your systems can research the prospect, prepare talking points, review call transcripts, identify needs and objections, draft the follow-up, prepare proposal content, review the pipeline and surface older opportunities worth reopening.
You'll decide which parts AI can prepare and where your judgment or approval belongs.
You'll build AI support around the repeatable work surrounding client delivery.
Your systems can review onboarding information, prepare kick-off briefs, turn meetings into actions, prepare client updates, check deliverables against the brief and identify missing information or delivery risks.
You'll leave with a client-delivery system built around the way your service actually works.
This is a lighter implementation and catch-up week built around a fast operational result.
You'll turn a recurring daily or weekly job into an organised AI routine.
That may include a morning brief, inbox review, task monitoring, meeting follow-up, SOP creation, project updates or assigning work to the correct member of your team.
The goal is to remove one source of repeated operational effort while giving you time to strengthen anything built earlier in the programme.
You'll bring information from different departments into one executive view.
The system will learn which numbers matter, how a useful report should be structured and what deserves your attention.
It can bring together marketing performance, sales activity, pipeline movement, project progress, client-delivery status and finance or admin summaries.
You'll receive a recurring view of what has changed, what is slipping, where opportunities are waiting and which decisions need to be made.
You'll connect separate AI roles so different parts of a job can move through the system.
A research agent may collect customer insights. A content agent can use those insights to prepare a campaign. A design agent can turn the approved copy into branded assets.
You'll decide what information each role receives, how the handover works and where your approval belongs.
You'll also see what becomes possible with agentic workflows, persistent memory, multi-agent systems, scheduled work, internal approval dashboards and simple business tools.
You'll run your connected system using real business inputs.
You'll correct unclear instructions, add missing context, refine approval points and document how the system should be used.
You'll complete your connected capstone, document the finished workflow and measure what has changed since the programme began.
What you will leave with
The systems you build will be relevant to your business. You'll also leave knowing how to look at a new recurring job and turn it into an AI-supported process without starting your education again.
A structured Business Brain, organised AI workspace and clear rules for how AI should operate inside your business.
Research, competitor-intelligence, content, personal-brand and creative-production systems built around your market and voice.
Lead research, qualification, sales preparation, follow-up, proposal and pipeline systems that support the way you sell.
AI support around onboarding, meetings, project information, client communication and quality control.
Recurring routines for briefs, tasks, SOPs, project updates, internal handovers and team assignments.
A CEO Control Room that brings business information together and helps you prepare better decisions.
A capstone showing how separate AI roles, context and tools can work together to complete a meaningful business outcome.
You have probably heard people talking about Claude Code, Skills, MCP, Connectors, agents, automations, scheduled tasks, persistent memory and multi-agent systems.
Inside this programme, each term is attached to a real job.
You’ll use Claude and Claude Code as the central workspace, then connect the files, platforms and specialist tools required for the systems you choose to build.
Tools such as Apify, Apollo, Clay, Fathom, Fireflies, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Lovable, Replit and Hermes appear when they support a useful business outcome.
You will not be expected to buy or master every platform mentioned.
The curriculum teaches the job and the system. The tools are possible ways to build it.
In many cases, Claude and the tools you already use are enough.

Build Your AI Workforce gives those pieces one home.
Over 90 days, you build around your actual work instead of collecting more disconnected information about what AI might be able to do.
01
One course teaches prompting.
02
Another teaches Claude Code.
03
A third teaches AI content, while someone else teaches lead generation, automations, app building or multi-agent systems.

Your context, agents, Skills, tools and approval rules are designed to work as part of the same company.
These are the systems I build and use
Inside Funnel Saviour and AI Savvy Founders, I use AI agents across marketing, sales and operations.
My team and I also build AI-supported systems for client businesses, which gives me a close view of what sounds exciting in theory and what remains useful once real people, deadlines and business information are involved.
My team and I continuously test different models, tools and workflows across our businesses and client projects.
You receive the judgment that comes from doing this work repeatedly, including what to use, what to ignore and where human approval still matters.
"I can't recommend Umaima's AI agent building cohort enough. My online business manager and I both attended, and it was worth every minute.
This was a fully detailed, step-by-step live cohort where on every single call she walked us through building real operational systems in real time. Everything from something as simple as our brand design skill inside Claude, all the way to building a lead generation AI agent, custom dashboards we now use for our own business AND our agency clients, and a content repurposing agent that will genuinely make our whole agency more efficient.
And she didn't just talk through it. We built it live, right alongside her.
She showed us exactly how to connect our other tools to Claude, how to set up the integrations, all of it in real time. We now have the insights and knowledge on how to build really any type of AI agent that we need.
Umaima is incredibly versed in strategizing, troubleshooting, and building basically any AI agent you can think of, all designed around efficiency and saving you and your team dozens of hours a month.
If you have the chance to jump into this live cohort or anything else she offers, do it. You won't regret it."
Who this is for
You run a business, freelance practice or creator-led brand and too much of the work still depends on you.
You already use ChatGPT or Claude but your use is mostly limited to separate chats and one-off requests.
You want AI to support meaningful work across several departments.
You have real content, clients, leads, projects or operations to use during the builds.
You are willing to test systems on your own business and improve them when the first version exposes a gap.
You lead a small team and want them using AI with shared standards and context.
You want to understand enough to build and direct your own systems without becoming a developer.
You want to watch the lessons without building anything.
You expect every system to work perfectly on its first attempt.
You want AI to make important business, financial or client decisions without your oversight.
You have no real work, audience, offer or business process to apply during the programme.
About me
If we haven't met before, I'm Umaima Sarwar.
I'm based in Dubai, where I've lived for more than 12 years, and I have two daughters who are 10 and 5.
I run Funnel Saviour, a marketing agency, and I'm the founder of AI Savvy Founders.
Inside my businesses, I've built AI agents that work across marketing, sales and operations. My team and I also build AI systems for client businesses.
Everything I teach comes from work we have built, tested and used in real businesses.
The reason for building these systems is personal.
I want more time for the areas of my life where I'm irreplaceable.
There are plenty of jobs inside my business that can be handed off. Being their mum isn't one of them.
That is also why I created AI Savvy Founders.
I want business owners, freelancers, creators and team leaders to have access to the support that once required a much larger company.
The goal is to create more room for the relationships, ideas, decisions and paid work that still need you.
