The same follow-up emails. The same lead sorting. The same reports you copy from one place to another. None of it is hard, but all of it eats hours you don't get back.
If that sounds like your week, this was built for exactly that problem.

Free 5-day challenge
Most people use AI as a chatbot they visit when they remember to. Over five days I'll show you how to build something that knows how you work, does the work, and keeps running whether or not you're at your laptop.

Every replay, yours to keep
I run a marketing agency in Dubai with a team of four. We produce roughly 3x the output we did in 2024, and the difference is not more people. It is a set of AI employees handling the work that used to sit in a queue waiting for a human. Client intake, follow-ups, content, reporting, research; the parts of an agency that quietly eat the week.
The quality did not drop. That was the whole test, and it is the only reason any of this stayed in place.
Over five days I'll show you exactly how those systems are built, then hand you the files to build your own.
This is for anyone whose week is full of work they keep doing by hand. Business owners, freelancers, creators, and people doing this inside a job. The structure is the same. What changes is what you point it at.
Most people want to learn it. Very few know where to start. They ask a few questions, save a tip they never open again, try a shiny tool for a week, then go back to doing the important work by hand.
That gap is not a knowledge problem. Every tutorial you need is free and already saved somewhere on your phone.
It's a build problem. Nobody ever showed you the structure underneath, and without it you're starting from zero every single time you open the thing.
Five days from now you'll have that structure, and one AI employee running inside your business.
I'm not one. My background is engineering, then web design, then funnels, then full marketing backends, and none of it required me to write software.
What I did do is get tired of being the bottleneck in my own agency. So I started handing pieces of it over, properly, one system at a time. Not prompts. Actual employees with a job description, access to our tools, and a shift.
You'll build the same kinds of systems over these five days. Nothing you build this week needs code and nothing needs installing.
I left corporate in 2017 and spent the years since building marketing backends for coaches, consultants and agencies. Funnels, CRMs, automations, the plumbing that makes a service business actually run.
Then I started using Claude properly. Not as a writing tool, as infrastructure. Something that used to take my team 8 to 10 hours finished in a few minutes, and I could not unsee it.
Now my morning brief lands before I've picked up my phone. My proposals write themselves off the call recording. Our outreach list builds overnight. My agency runs on four people and a set of AI employees, and we took on 30% more client work last year without hiring.
Here's the part that matters. I am not an AI guru and I don't want to be. I built simple systems that work, in a real business, with real clients and real deadlines. There is no reason you can't do the same thing.
I get asked how, constantly. So I'm running this challenge and showing you all of it.
Proof
I can't recommend Umaima's AI agent building cohort enough. My online business manager and I both attended, and it was worth every minute. This was a fully detailed, step-by-step live cohort where on every single call she walked us through building real operational systems in real time. Everything from something as simple as our brand design skill inside Claude, all the way to building a lead generation AI agent, custom dashboards we now use for our own business AND our agency clients, and a content repurposing agent that will genuinely make our whole agency more efficient. And she didn't just talk through it. We built it live, right alongside her. She showed us exactly how to connect our other tools to Claude, how to set up the integrations, all of it in real time. We now have the insights and knowledge on how to build really any type of AI agent that we need. Umaima is incredibly versed in strategizing, troubleshooting, and building basically any AI agent you can think of, all designed around efficiency and saving you and your team dozens of hours a month. If you have the chance to jump into this live cohort or anything else she offers, do it. You won't regret it.
What got me was the live build on the last call. Watching everything connect into one sequence, start to finish, for a real client scenario. That's when it clicked. This isn't about AI doing your work. It's about AI doing the work you keep avoiding because it drains you. I've reclaimed about six hours a week and I'm not exaggerating. My content research alone used to eat an entire morning.
I nearly didn't join because I thought three weeks wasn't long enough to learn anything real. I was wrong. The pre-built skills meant I wasn't starting from zero on any of it. I just had to learn how to use them inside my own business context. The sales call analysis skill changed how I run discovery calls completely. I catch things I used to miss. And the group kept me accountable in a way a course never would have.

Most people are living in one lab of a tool that's much bigger than they realize. Today we open all of it.

Day 3 · Recorded
Rules and flows · nothing theoretical
This is the actual business, not a slide. You'll watch the systems that run our marketing, our sales and our operations, and see exactly what each one replaced. Every one of them works the same way whether you're running a company, freelancing for clients, or building an audience.

Day 4 · Recorded
Build alongside · every file included
The one where you stop watching. You'll build a working AI employee alongside the video, using your own business, with every file and prompt handed to you.

Day 5 · Live
Live with me · replay yours to keep
We start by unblocking anyone who needs it, then I'll show you everything I run and where all of this goes next.
We're covering
Everything in one place
Every session, file, prompt and agent lives in one hub you log into. It stays yours after the week ends.
Two live, three at your pace
Day one and day five are live with me. Days two, three and four are recorded, so a busy Tuesday doesn't knock you out of the challenge.
You build it for real
Every session turns into something you use. You'll want a laptop for the hands-on parts.
You're not doing it alone
There's a Slack room where I and my team answer questions and where you meet other people building the same week you are.

Your price: free
Not free as a hook. Free because the fastest way to show you what's possible is to have you build one and watch it run. Everything you build this week is yours, whatever you decide to do after.
Registration closes Sept 8.
Who this is for
The same follow-up emails. The same lead sorting. The same reports you copy from one place to another. None of it is hard, but all of it eats hours you don't get back.
If that sounds like your week, this was built for exactly that problem.
This is for you if
This is not for you if
Yes. Five days, both live sessions, all the files, the Slack room and lifetime replays. Everything you build is yours to keep.
Then you build it around your job instead. The structure is identical, you just point it at your role rather than a company. Auditing what you repeat every week, handing the repeatable parts over, and being the person on your team who produces more than anyone expected. Plenty of people in the room will be doing exactly that.
Very much. If you're a VA, copywriter, designer, marketer or editor, your income is capped by your own hours, and this is the most direct way to lift that ceiling without working later. Several of the systems we build are ones you can also run for your clients.
Yes, and day three is largely yours. We build the system that turns one recording into a week of content in your voice, and day four can be built as a content employee if that's your priority.
Day one assumes nothing. It's built for people starting from zero and for people who've been using AI daily and want to go from prompts to systems.
No. Nothing this week requires code or installing anything technical.
A Claude account. The free plan will get you through most of the week, and a paid plan makes days three and four noticeably better.[Add your affiliate or referral note here if you have one.]
Day one and day five are live and worth showing up for. Days two, three and four are recorded so you can fit them around your week. Everything is replayable forever.
One hub with every session, file and prompt, plus a Slack room for questions. You keep hub access after the challenge ends.
Yes. We'll cover the common ones and I'll show you how to connect whatever you're actually running.
Yes, and I'd encourage it. Send them the link.[Or: email us and we'll set them up.]
You keep everything. The hub, the replays, the files, and whatever you built during the week. It's yours. Doors also open that same day, Sept 14, for a paid cohort if you want to go further, running Sept 22. Cart closes Sept 21.
Last call
You can keep saving posts, testing tools for a week at a time, and quietly wondering how other people are moving faster on the same twenty-four hours you have.
Or you can spend five days building one thing properly and watch it work on a Monday morning while you're doing something else.
Same five days either way.
I spent years being the person everything routed through. Every proposal, every follow up, every short question, every report. I tried to fix it and the queue just moved somewhere else.
What actually changed it was writing down how I think, once, and handing it to something that could act on it. Four people now do the work of a much bigger team, and none of us work later than we used to.
That's what these five days are. Not a tour of what AI can do. The thing itself, built on your business, running by Friday.
See you on day one.
