I run a marketing agency in Dubai with a team of four. We produce roughly 3x the output we did in 2024, and the difference is not more people. It is a set of AI employees handling the work that used to sit in a queue waiting for a human. Client intake, follow-ups, content, reporting, research; the parts of an agency that quietly eat the week.

I'm not here to turn you into a developer
I'm not one. My background is engineering, then web design, then funnels, then full marketing backends, and none of it required me to write software.
What I did do is get tired of being the bottleneck in my own agency. So I started handing pieces of it over, properly, one system at a time. Not prompts. Actual employees with a job description, access to our tools, and a shift.

Questions, answered
Is it really free?
Yes. Five days, both live sessions, all the files, the Slack room and lifetime replays. Everything you build is yours to keep.
What if I don't own a business?
Then you build it around your job instead. The structure is identical, you just point it at your role rather than a company. Auditing what you repeat every week, handing the repeatable parts over, and being the person on your team who produces more than anyone expected. Plenty of people in the room will be doing exactly that.
I'm a freelancer, not a business owner. Does this apply?
Very much. If you're a VA, copywriter, designer, marketer or editor, your income is capped by your own hours, and this is the most direct way to lift that ceiling without working later. Several of the systems we build are ones you can also run for your clients.
I'm a creator. Is there anything here for me?
Yes, and day three is largely yours. We build the system that turns one recording into a week of content in your voice, and day four can be built as a content employee if that's your priority.
What if I'm brand new to AI?
Day one assumes nothing. It's built for people starting from zero and for people who've been using AI daily and want to go from prompts to systems.
Do I need to code?
No. Nothing this week requires code or installing anything technical.
What tools do I need?

P.S.
I spent years being the person everything routed through. Every proposal, every follow up, every short question, every report. I tried to fix it and the queue just moved somewhere else.
